Title: Rostering Coordinator
Employment: Full time / Fixed term (June 2025)
Salary: $70,000 p.a. plus super and NFP Salary packaging (dependent on experience)
Location: Surrey Hills, VIC

About the role 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Able Australia. This is a 6-month fixed term position based at our Surrey Hills, Melbourne office.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Co-ordinate accurate and up-to-date rosters for both clients and employees across Able Australia’s services
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for all client and staff scheduling enquiries, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders

About You

The successful applicant will be expected to attend our office in Surrey Hills to undertake training. If you thrive in a busy environment and have a flexible approach to your working day this could be the role for you.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience rostering in a disability/ NDIS setting, or other relevant sector
  • Knowledge of financial packaging and rostering in line with budget limitations
  • Demonstrated experience with successful conflict resolution over the phone
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team with good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders in person, via emails, and over the phone.
  • Ability to manage your time to ensure the completion of tasks in an efficient manner, including a strong ability to multitask
  • A genuine and passionate commitment to the rights of people with a disability to enjoy fulfilled lives and valued roles within the community
  • Flexibility to accommodate peaks in workflows
  • Available to work across a rotating 7am to 7pm roster which may include weekends, and participate in an oncall roster
